What is Napoli?
It all begins with an idea. Napoli is what we call the panoply of engagement work which we have developed in addition to the production of the play. We were inspired by the image of a sunflower echoed in the construction of a Napoli multi-coloured highlighter pen; with a central core (the play) and a series of differently coloured petals (workshops, seminars, presentations) surrounding. Napoli is of course also the extraordinary port through which everybody came over the last 2000 years… With the play at the centre, Napoli offers a model of flexible, inclusive engagement with diverse communities.
